internal oscillator

Hi,

I want to use AD5700-1 which has internal oscillator, thus the configuration I am applying to it is as

XTAL_EN      1

CLK_CFG1   1

CLK_CFG0   0

then will the HART modem work?

and what should make CLKOUT pin? ground or open or Vdd.
