Yes, you can use the MCLK frequencies listed in table 26.
Regarding putting in a non-standard frequency. What you propose may not work. The clocks will all scale accordingly as long as you do not stray from the max 13.8 Mhz core clock. There are other internal clocks that will be above the designed limits if you run the core at 15 MHz. It may work but it will be subject to tolerances in silicon and temperature etc. So one part may work and one may not. Or it may work until to heat it up or cool it down then it would stop working. Basically, going over 13.8 MHz means there is no guarantee it will work and if you stray too far it will not work at all.
