My Customer has tested the ADR01ARZ 10V reference under the influence of a High Electromagnetic Pulse (EMP). The device functions well until protective action can be initiated.
The qustions are:
1) Is the ADR02BRZ the same die, process and layout with a different Feedback ratio?
2) Do you see any reason that the performance would be different between the two devices under the same EMP? We realize you cannot guarantee that to be the case.
3) Do you have any EMP test data on either device that you can share with the customer with or with out and NDA?
